What kind of products do you offer?

We create custom-engraved gifts, personalized merchandise, and curated sets for milestones, client appreciation, events, and more. Every item is designed with heart and made to leave a lasting impression.

Do you offer fully custom or bulk orders?

Yes! Whether you need one meaningful gift or a batch of branded items for a team or event, we’ll work with you to make it happen. Just head to the Custom Orders page to get started.

How does your consulting service work?

We support events and marketing efforts with planning, strategy, and execution—anything from tradeshows and community events to swag sourcing and branded storytelling. You can request a quote and tell us about your project here.

Can I request a custom design or engraving?

Absolutely. Most of our products are personalized to begin with, and we’re always open to special requests. Just include your ideas when placing an order or fill out our custom request form if you don’t see what you need in the shop.

How long will my order take?

Most orders ship within 5–10 business days, depending on the level of customization. If you’re on a deadline, let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate rush requests!

Do you offer local pickup or delivery?

At this time, we ship most items directly to your door, but if you're local to Santa Clara, CA and have a specific request, reach out—we may be able to arrange something.

What’s your return or refund policy?

Because our items are often personalized, returns aren’t usually possible unless there’s an issue with your order. That said, if something isn’t right, please contact us—we’ll always do our best to make it right.

Do you really give back with every purchase?

Yes. A portion of every sale supports efforts to provide food, supplies, and care to families and students in need. Giving back is baked into everything we do.

What is the minimum order quantity for personalized items?

Most of our personalized items have no minimums—you can order just one! For larger projects or bulk pricing, we’re happy to create a custom quote based on quantity, design, and turnaround time.
